The Daily Alignment
Two questions. One clear day. Set your headspace before the day sets it for you.

The Daily Alignment is a two-question protocol designed to anchor the mind before the day takes hold. The first question draws from the Stoic tradition: it asks where your attention should be directed, what is actually within your power, and how you intend to meet the inevitable friction of a real day. The second question draws from New Age and achievement philosophy: it asks what creative possibility you are opening yourself to, and how you might step toward the life you are building.
Neither question demands an answer out loud. They are prompts for honest internal attention, nothing more. But the quality of how you begin tends to shape the quality of what follows. The fifty questions cycle continuously, so there is always a fresh pairing — and after fifty days, you return to the beginning with a different set of eyes.
The sequence was designed to move progressively: from foundational Stoic concepts in Week 1 through deeper questions of persistence, social alignment, and synthesis by Week 7. But any day is a good place to start.
